Shula Rich

Shula has been involved in leasehold issues for almost twenty years.

She writes courses for Estate Agents and Landlords. She advises the National Federation of Residential Landlords on leasehold issues.

Each week for the last twelve years Shula runs a drop-in for leaseholders unique in the country.

She edits the Leaseholder Guide and has been thanked in Parliament for the changes she pioneered to leasehold law. The restrictions she brought in are described by — as a ‘novel addition to the law’

Nigel Urban

Nigel is an experienced Project Manager of many years standing

He has worked in project management with American Express, British Telecom and Norwich Union.

Turning to the law as a second career, he achieved success at both undergraduate level, a First in Law and as a postgraduate.

As well as his legal knowledge he has personal experience of leaseholder enfranchisement, having gone through the process in 1999.
